Thank you for shopping with Olivo Electronics. This shipping policy applies to all orders within the United States only.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time), Monday–Friday are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
3. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Contiguous U.S. (Standard Shipping): 5–7 business days

Hawaii & Alaska: 10–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

USPS, UPS, and DHL

Free shipping on orders $99 or more within the contiguous U.S.

Orders under $99 and shipments to Hawaii or Alaska will incur a shipping fee based on location, weight, and package dimensions.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

6. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours, or before the order is shipped.

To cancel, email admin@olivo-store.com with your order number in the subject line.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled — but you may be eligible for a return in accordance with our return policy.

Address changes are not guaranteed and must be requested within the same 12-hour window.
