1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time), Monday–Friday are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

3. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

  • Contiguous U.S. (Standard Shipping): 5–7 business days

  • Hawaii & Alaska: 10–15 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

  • We work with reliable carriers, including:
    USPS, UPS, and DHL

5. SHIPPING FEES

  • Free shipping on orders $99 or more within the contiguous U.S.

  • Orders under $99 and shipments to Hawaii or Alaska will incur a shipping fee based on location, weight, and package dimensions.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Promotional offers may apply to select items.

6. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours, or before the order is shipped.

  • To cancel, email admin@olivo-store.com with your order number in the subject line.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled — but you may be eligible for a return in accordance with our return policy.

  • Address changes are not guaranteed and must be requested within the same 12-hour window.

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to external factors.
