1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item if:

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation

The product does not fall under non-returnable categories (see Section 2)
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

Products that have been used, damaged, or missing accessories

Items showing signs of misuse, improper handling, or physical damage

Return requests made after 30 days

Items purchased through third-party sellers or authorized resellers (please contact them directly for return requests)
3. SPECIAL CASES
If you receive a defective item, an incorrect product, or your order is lost in transit, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement.

4. RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS

For defective or incorrect orders: Olivo covers all return shipping costs.

For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind):

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

We will refund 100% of the product price, excluding original shipping fees.

5. HOW TO RETURN – JUST 4 EASY STEPS

Product(s) you wish to return and the reason
Step 2: After approval, we’ll send you:

A Pre-paid Return Shipping Label

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code

The Return Address
Step 3: Pack your return securely and include:

All accessories, manuals, and original packaging

The printed return shipping label attached to the outside
Step 4: Once we receive your return package:

Your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

If your payment account is closed, we will issue a bank check
