1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item if:

  • The product was purchased directly from our official website: https://olivo-store.com

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation

  • The product does not fall under non-returnable categories (see Section 2)

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or missing accessories

  • Items showing signs of misuse, improper handling, or physical damage

  • Return requests made after 30 days

  • Items purchased through third-party sellers or authorized resellers (please contact them directly for return requests)

3. SPECIAL CASES

If you receive a defective item, an incorrect product, or your order is lost in transit, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement.
Please contact us immediately at admin@olivo-store.com, and we’ll take care of it.

4. RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS

  • For defective or incorrect orders: Olivo covers all return shipping costs.

  • For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind):

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

    • We will refund 100% of the product price, excluding original shipping fees.

5. HOW TO RETURN – JUST 4 EASY STEPS

Step 1: Email your return request to admin@olivo-store.com with the following details:

  • Full name, phone number, and email

  • Shipping address

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return and the reason

Step 2: After approval, we’ll send you:

  • A Pre-paid Return Shipping Label

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code

  • The Return Address

Step 3: Pack your return securely and include:

  • All accessories, manuals, and original packaging

  • The printed return shipping label attached to the outside

Step 4: Once we receive your return package:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • If your payment account is closed, we will issue a bank check
